Hi I’m Zena, a qualified psychotherapist with 7 years of university and a yearning to serve more people in their self development journey.
I created The Inner Guide out of lived experience of feeling stuck with CPTSD & trauma. For years, I searched for healing, trying traditional therapy, endless self-help methods, and anything that promised relief.
But nothing truly shifted until I realised this:
The answers I was searching for weren’t outside of me, they were within me all along.
Through my own journey of navigating trauma and survival mode, I discovered the power of blending ancient wisdom, quantum psychology, and somatic practices.
The Inner Guide is about reclaiming your story, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and learning how to thrive.
