Hi I’m Zena, a qualified psychotherapist that created The Inner Guide out of lived experience of feeling stuck with CPTSD & trauma. For years, I searched for healing, trying traditional therapy, endless self-help methods, and anything that promised relief.
But nothing truly shifted until I realised this:
The answers I was searching for weren’t outside of me, they were within me all along.
Through my own journey of navigating trauma and survival mode, I discovered the power of blending ancient wisdom, quantum psychology, and somatic practices. The Inner Guide is about reclaiming your story, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and learning how to thrive.
Now, I’ve created The Inner Guide to share this roadmap with you. Because I believe deeply in one thing:

FOUR STAGES OF THE WORK
Stage 2: Somatic Experiencing
Beginning in module two we discuss breathwork and then move through over 25 somatic exercises that you experience in real time to find your own somatic practice. We understand that healing is a mind & BODY process.
Stage 3: Narrative Rescripting
Building off the awareness we begin to understand the hidden narratives in our story using elements of post traumatic growth and transmuting shame/fear into love.
Stage 4: Embodiment & Integration
The whole point behind this course is to return you back into your agency and innate power, we use deep integration using the Jungian individuation process to securely end the course and allow the lessons to cement into your new sense of self.
Stage 1: Awareness
This is where talk therapy usually stops is the awareness around the trauma story, the why & what happened… but with the inner guide we go into a deep awareness of our brain functions and how sometimes what we need is hidden deep in our unconscious.
